Who we are

This website is operated by Frontvale Partners (“Frontvale”, “we”, “us”), The Chase, Arkle Road, Sandyford, Dublin, Ireland. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about this policy or your personal data at info@frontvale.com.

This policy covers this website and enquiries you send us. Our lending, investment and other business relationships are covered by separate terms provided when those relationships begin.

What we collect

This website has no forms, user accounts, analytics or advertising, and it does not set cookies. We collect personal data in two limited ways:

  • Technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message or attachments.

How and why we use it

  • To operate the website and protect it against misuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
  • To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in dealing with enquiries or, where applicable, the steps necessary to enter into a contract.
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, for example record-keeping and anti-money-laundering requirements.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

  • Our website hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., which processes technical data on our behalf.
  • Our email and IT service providers, who process correspondence on our behalf.
  • Our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed.
  • Regulators, law enforcement or other authorities, where we are required by law.

International transfers

Some of our service providers, including our hosting provider, are based in or process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Technical data is retained by our hosting provider for a short period in line with its standard practices. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and afterwards only as required by our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@frontvale.com. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) or, if you are in the United Kingdom, to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
